You all continue to be in our thoughts and prayers so many times during the day. We are so happy to read about all the progress!!! Love and prayers, Bill, Cindy, Brandon, Kayla, & Krista

To whomever does Garrett's updates: We appreciate EVERY bit of information you put on... we read and re-read everything then call each other to talk about what we've read so PLEASE keep it coming even if it's a down day. Never go to bed without checking. Gretchen Deglau, State College, PA

Dear Dottie, You don't know me, but my son remembers Garrett from 6th grade camp. He really admires Garrett! We think of you and your family everyday and are praying for Garrett. God works in mysterious ways, something good will come from all of this. May the love of God be with Garrett and all of you. Diane, Joe and Tyler Dietrick

Garrett- I just wanted to say that it won't be the same without you tonight at the game. You will be in everyone's thoughts. You keep fighting in there! Love, Sarah Davin

Hi Garrett. It's Mrs. Butler. Sounds like some good news! I just want you to know that you will be on everyone's mind tonight - we all love you and continue to pray for you. Keep fighting like we all know you can. Love, Mrs. B.

Hey Garrett, I'm so happy and relieved to see that you are making so much progress! I wanted to visit you but haven't found someone to take me since I'm not allowed to drive the whole way there on my own. I'm still hoping to make it there soon though. Just wanted to let you and your family know that you are still in my prayers and I'm looking forward to seeing your smiling face again! Tons of Love, Gwen Falbo

Garrett ~ I haven't been down to see you for a lil while, but I'm still thinking about you every day. Stay strong and I'll be comin' to see you soon...can't wait to see those beautiful eyes of yours! Love you sweetie!! ~ Julie D.

Dottie, This is your cousin Rick (Rick Meek). Aunt Mary e-mailed me with the news about Garrett. I am so sorry about his accident. Yet, I see that you and your family are trusting in the only one to trust completely, Jesus. Things will be hard/difficult/different/etc on everybody for quit some time. I am glad to read of Garrett's improvement! By the way I saw Sarah about a year and a half ago. I think you were about 10 the last time I saw you. My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family. God is with you in and through it all!! RIck

Garrett continues to be in our thoughts every day. Each night as we sit down to dinner the Parkers are part of our family prayer. We're excited to hear of Garrett's progress, we know he'll only grow stronger. Way to go, Garrett! Best Wishes ~ Larry, Pam, Linley, & Lesley Snyder

Just a note to let you know we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers daily. The Townsend's

Dottie, Larry , Garrett and Jordan Keep the faith! You are all in our daily prayers! The concern for all of you is far reaching. I have two students who started class with me this week at IUP who know Garrett. One is from CLEARFIELD and one is from LATROBE. His faith, good nature and humor have been a great witness for Christ! Stay strong. Laura Rhodes

Dottie and family, It brings tears to my eyes knowing Garrett is making wonderful steady progress! Your strength and love is remarkable! I check the web site daily looking for news on Garrett and the family. Thank you so much for keeping us all informed! Is your van being fixed? Do you have vehicles now? Is the funds set up for Garrett yet? Do you and your family need anything? Your friends, family and community are here for your family! Please post if you need anything. Love Dana Porterfield and family

Way to go, Garrett! We pray for you and your family each day, and as so many people have said--you are in our thoughts constantly. Keep up the good work--we know that God is with you every step of the way, he continues to touch you with his healing hand and we pray that he will continue to keep your family strong and patient through this fight. We love you, Fran & Lorraine Burd

Congratulations on having the trach remove! We knew you could do it. That's your "field goal" for the day. Every day you will have a new one to celebrate. We are so sure of that. Each time we see you Garrett, you have made obvious improvements. Your spirit and determination that have helped you through so many football games will help you through this as well. We will be at the game tonight and as we cheer for the team we will be cheering for the steps you have taken to get this far. We love you and keep you in our constant prayers.

Dottie, I think we have something in common, we all depend on this page for so much...We also check it daily for reports on Garrett or maybe see a message from you. It makes our evening go a little better knowing that Garrett has some improvement. And makes either our difficult day at work or school somehow seem a little easier to handle. You all make our day. As the first football game approaches we all have so many emotions. Some wishing we were there, some wishing Garrett was there, some fearing how we are going to react so it all this evening, many different emotions but I guess we all have another thing in common we all have Garrett on our minds tonight as well as in our hearts. God will have his work cut out for him...And he will be helping us all look at tomorrow in a new light...Peace be with you all and with the Parkers as they approach a very difficult evening...
