To the entire family. I pray for you all everyday, and keep a picture of Garrett on my desk at college to remind me of all of you. I have had many girls say how cute the picture is, and I ask them to pray for Garrett. I am sorry I wasn't able to come visit you before I left, but you are all on my mind, and I love hearing about how things are getting better every day. ~While I live I will praise the Lord; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being. Ps. 146:2~ All my Love, Ashley Kessler

Garrett, I am so happy that to hear of your progress everyday. I think about you and your family everyday. Good Luck bud. ~Megan Parke~

SO glad to hear your healing so quickly...That's great... Plus your doing things on command what could make the day better. So glad to hear your making such good progress..I bet it feels good to get your haircut.Keep up the good work...God Bless

September 11th. I bet no one woke up 2 years ago from today and ever imagined what soon unfolded. I'm sure Garrett didn't wake up July 30th and knew that would he would be saved by an angel. Just as my life and yours changed on September 11th. Everyone that knew Garrett lives changed on July 30th. God was watching over the USA then.......and he was watching over Garrett on July 30th. Keep up the good work. ~*JB*~

Garrett, It was so amazing to read the progress you are making. We all knew you were strong and would come out on top. You are in our prayers everyday, and we can't wait to see your smiling face. Keep fighting, you are truly amazing ~Sam Suranic

Hey Parkers ~ It's Julie...I'm sitting in yearbook right now talking to Mrs. Butler and we are going to come visit you after school today. I'll be seeing you soon...can't wait! Especially to see that new hair-do of Garrett's :-) Love you all, Julie D.

Hey Garrett, Sorry its been a long time since I wrote here. Today even though I'm having a bad day at school thinking about you makes me want to keep on going and make the best of it... I'm glad to hear you got your hair cut I bet you look awesome. Saturday when I came to visit I knew I could last my whole visit with out crying by talking to you and watching you during physical therapy. I wasn't sure about going to therapy being I really never went with my mom but I thought I would be there for you and when I told you to hold your head up so I could see your beautiful eyes you did make an attempt even though you were so tired that day. I am very proud of you and so is everyone else. When it was time to leave I didn't want to say good bye bc then I knew I would lose it and I did but hey they were good tears and I was glad I got the chance to see you and talk to you. Every football game I think about you and every night I go to bed praying for you and when I wake up I check the computer and see some great news. Dottie, Larry, and Jordy- You know I'm here if you ever need anything even if its just a hug because I know I needed those all the time just to get through the day. I should be off I thought I would drop a note during study hall . God Bless Love, Liz Balliett

Garrett, Larry, Dottie, & Jordan- We check daily for your progress updates. So glad to hear that each day brings more good news on your progress no matter how small. Keep fighting. God is with you. You are in our prayers. The Terney Family

Garrett, I am Angie Vivanco and we met three years ago when my family and I went to visit during the summer. We only spent the weekend with you and family and we had a really good time. We had a get to together/family reunion (for my dad and your family) at your grandparents house. I remember sitting at the table while we were eating and laughing at all your funny jokes. You had the jokes coming one after another. I sent my thoughts and prayers to you and your family and that you will continue to regain your strength and success through the hard times. Stay strong!

Garrett~ last evening I had a dream you came to visit me, you knocked on my door and when I opened the door I was so excited. I hugged you and said, "It's you, it's really you, your ok." I guess it was God's way of reassuring me your going to be ok. At school I've gotten involved in a group called CF (Christian Fellowship) they are an amazing group of people. We pray for you and your family, we pray that your recovery will go well, and for your family so that they may continue to have constant faith in the Lord. Have strength in Lord always for he is with us at all times. Lindsay B.
