Garrett, The many messages of your improvements are sooo uplifting to know that your doing so much better. I am happy for you and for your family of this progress. I know this is a painful time for everyone but with Gods help and strength you will fight strong till full recovery. God is with you at all times he loves you extremely much. Also God must have a great life in store for you ahead, so keep working on your speedy recovery so you can get back out there and live your life to the fullest as God has planned for you. As stated in Jeremiah chapter 29 verses 10-14 "..."But then I will come and do for you all the good things I have promised, and I will bring you home again. For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me in earnest, you will find me when you seek me. I will be found by you," says the Lord. "I will end your captivity and restore your fortunes. I will gather you out of the nations where I sent you and bring you home again to your own land." LINDSAY BURD

Garrett- Hey buddy...It's so great hearing of all your accomplishments...I wasn't able to come up this weekend..because of cheerleading..but I hope to make it up this upcoming weekend with the Prides'...I can't wait to see you and talk to you..My birthday party is this Friday and I wish you were able to come..but it's alright..we will get to hang out when you get to feeling better..I miss you sooooo much...and hope that I can see you soon!!..love ya buddy!!! -Ann Graham

Dear Garrett*I have thought about you everyday since the accident..I know you can pull through! I have so much faith in you. Since the day Seth introduced me to you, you were always a sweet guy and never mean to me...I appreciated it so much! I want you to know that you are in my prayers and the Russo and Schrecongost families prayers! Every football game I think about you and I imagine YOU out there on the field kicking all those field goals! You are an amazing person and I know you can fight this! Dottie one thing I forgot to tell you, your comment about Jan is so true. She is so awesome. Couldn't find a better word to compliment her if I tried. The help and support she gave me no one will ever understand. You are very lucky to have her there for you. And not just her support but all the Mills family. They are truly remarkable to us all and we are all very fortunate to know them.

Dottie you know you can give me a buzz any time and I would love to chat. And if there is anything I can do to help please let me know... Sometimes I feel like I have to let you know what I was feeling at the time. The experiences I faced I wouldn't wish on anyone but I have learned from them and if I can help make Garrett road little less bumpy or somehow easier for you please let me know....And please remember Garrett may not respond the way you want but it is so important to talk to and with him, including him in all your conversations, and not to talk at him or about him. He can hear it all, even if he seems to be just laying there sleeping. If there is any similarity between us, it is most likely that he's just taking it all in and before you know it one day soon he'll throw something out at you that you didn't know he heard. As I did. Its only a matter of time. I'm sure things seem to be moving slowly for you now but they will pick up speed and look out when they do...But thank you for your words of kindness.
